This policy applies to all companies, agencies, operators, suppliers and entities that are part of The Hub Travel, S.A. Partner Program, as well as to the activities derived from their affiliation, promotion and marketing of products or services within e-commerce.<\/p>

The relationship between The Hub Travel, S.A. and its Partners is based on the following principles:
Transparency: All transactions, agreements and communications must be made in a clear and verifiable manner.

4. Conditions of Affiliation<\/strong>
To join the Partners Program, companies must:

Present current legal documentation supporting its incorporation and authorization to operate.
Comply with the quality requirements and customer service policies defined by The Hub Travel, S.A.
Accept and sign the Commercial Collaboration Agreement, which details the technical, operational and financial conditions of the affiliation.<\/p>

5. Obligations of the Partners<\/strong>
The Partners commit to:

7. Member Benefits<\/strong>
Affiliated Members will have access to:

Commercial visibility and brand positioning within the platform and its marketing campaigns.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection<\/strong>
All information exchanged between The Hub Travel, S.A. and its Partners will be treated as confidential and used exclusively for operational and commercial purposes of the program.Both parties shall comply with current legislation on personal data protection and privacy.<\/p>

9. Duration and Termination<\/strong>
The affiliation relationship shall be for an indefinite term, unless:
The Member must give at least 30 days prior written notice of termination.
The Hub Travel, S.A. determines the termination of the agreement for breach, inactivity or justified commercial reasons.
In the event of termination, the Partner shall honor all reservations and commitments made up to the effective date of termination.<\/p>
